We will gladly accept the return or replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return or replacement.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Bridemaids gifts if they are custom made. 
  • Tarnished Jewelry as WE DO NOT OFFER ANY GUARANTEE WITH REGARDS TO PLATING.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
